City hotel is removing carpet and underlay from 12.5 floors over 12 weeks and 2 days. Strict timing and carpet schedules. Broadloom carpet is supplied. We are looking for a small team of installers to subcontract work to under a construction company. One floor per week to be achieved, approx 450sqm. This includes moving out furniture fixed and floating. Removal and disposal of old carpet and underlay. Laying new underlay and carpet, reinstalling fixed and floating furniture. Past cracks due to settling of 3 year old polished concrete floor in our living room to be removed and filled. About 4 longitudinal cracks and a could small ones. Then full floor which has a few dirt patches. Total room size approx 8 meters x 6 meters, with a bench top of 1 x 4 m and other fixed wall to wall cabinet in between.
