Need to fix Carpet floor, our cat scratched it. It is just two small areas and minor though

We’re moving into a new office space that has 110m2 of existing engineered timber flooring. The current finish is too dark so we would like the floor sanded back to oak and then re-stained in a light lime wash finish. All existing furniture items in the space will be removed prior to works commencing.

Nail in the beading between skirting boards and floor in 2 small bedrooms. The beading is in place, just needs to be fixed with nails. Looking for someone who has done this type of work before, ideally with a nailgun.

Carpet layer has found 2 areas of sub floor that need repairing, one at the end of the walk in robe needs a strip of timber along the wall under floor level as there’s no joist & the boards have nothing bracing them (he said the current boards can be replaced once something can hold them up), one small section under a floor length window is rotten so will need cutting out & replacing with timber or chipboard. Molding above needs cutting out & replacing.

NEED JOB DONE ASAP!! Need skirting boards fixed in house. Yes, I have the skirting boards. See images attached.

The boards I think are artifical not sure make on a concrete floor. The boards x2 '3 were damaged by paint being spilt which couldnt b leaned. The guy sanded them back with course sandpaper hencing now big marks which is impossible to fix. Will need the boards replaced. Multicoloured flooring.

Hello! In attempting to remove a small stain (suspected pet vomit), we have made things worse! This might be unrecoverable - but I’d feel better knowing I got in a pro to give it a shot. Basically the original stain lifted ok but we have water and soap residue. Hoping to have someone make best efforts with a commercial machine today. Carpet is still damp and has some soap residue from napisan. Stain removal only, you don’t need to do the whole room. No unrealistic expectations on my part. Please confirm your availability and equipment when bidding.

Water leaked from a pipe and went underneath the flooring approx 1msq area. It may just need removing and drying then put back?

Smash the wardrobe that connect to the wall, paint the wall that was connect to the wardrobe, Change carpet in bedroom to timber floor(about 11 square meters and I will buy the timber floor needed). Remove the tv and shelves if possible. In the end, take all the rubbish away

Karndean timber vinyl plank and underlay install to five rooms. Plan attached. All materials provided. Some moving of large furniture (couch and tv unit) otherwise everything else will be removed. Condition of current concrete substrate attached.
