Trying to get the best price possible as I am a full time uni student and don’t earn a lot. I have one room in our house where we have discovered good wooden flooring. It needs to be clean/polished etc. Can rip up the carpet if need be but would prefer it done. Images are of the area showing where the task is required. Furniture will be removed. Advise if quote includes one coat or two (second being 24 hours apart). Floor size is roughly 4m x 3m. Price to include supply of materials/equipment. The welded join in the carpet at a doorway between a bedroom and the hallway has become unstuck in a small section. Some of the carpet threads along the join have unravelled as my baby granddaughter pulled them. I have plenty of spare carpet.
