We’re having hybrid flooring laid but the floors are very unlevel over a 3m span which needs to be fixed before we can lay floors. We need someone to grind back all high points and lay yellow tongue (supplied) to make floors level. Current floor is just plywood. About 70m2 (upstairs only). Please make an offer

We are looking for an experienced and well reviewed person to help us lay hybrid floating floorboards in our home in January 2025. We will have the floorboards purchased and at the property already. I have attached the floor plan, includes all areas but not the bathrooms, toilet, laundry and stairs. Please also add in the comments the addition cost to rip up the existing flooring.

I require assistance in laying a carpet in a roughly 20 Square metre bedroom. I am renting a room which has terrible carpet and possibly some moisture underneath. I have sourced some free carpet off marketplace from a much larger room which I hope to utilise in order to save money. This carpet came with excellent, top quality underlays. I require expertise in, ideally, being shown how to do the job and doing it alongside you. Important: The offcuts are large but not perfectly to the size of the room, so I require someone who is expert in stitching them together. You may be able to keep the unused pieces for yourself if needed. Picture simply shows the room before it was furnished, for reference of room size and shape. Laying floor boards in a bedroom 3mx 3.6

I have a whole house of floating floor, a combination of tongue and groove with underlay and the majority is a hybrid board with underlay attached, this is click together. I need it done next week. It’s a new build. My price is per square meter. The click together boards $20/square meter. I think it’s probably 3 days work. I can explain details better in person, it’s maybe 200 square metres. I’m not good at estimating. I can send plans/do a site visit.

Needing a floor layer or chippy to finish some clip together floor boards. Two medium bedrooms, small hallway, and 12 stairs. We have all materials required but not the time to complete the job.
