Find an experienced flooring expert in Rosebery NSW

We need experienced person to remove existing flooring (engineered timber flooring) due to water damage in the apartment, and install new hybrid floor planks. The area is about 80 square metres (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and hallway).

2 strong men to remove a few pieces of furniture from a storage container to the nearby floor to clean & polish, to ready them for photography and restock them back into the container. Mostly likely 3 hours job.

We recently installed floor boards and fitted the old skirting boards. They need a bit of touch up. Already paint matched and purchased 2 litters of paint. You need to bring fillers. Any other material will be reimbursed.

1. Sand and polish scratched engineering timber floor(about 3 sqm); 2. Sand and polish stained engineering timber stair treads (about 3 stair treads); 3. All timber floor and stair treads to be match with the exisiting.

I need remove laminate floor to take my dishwasher out and put it back.

I'm looking for a reliable and experienced handyman to assist with a few tasks around my 2-bedroom apartment. The tasks include: 1. Disposing of carpets (already ripped out). 2. Removing the grippers that hold the carpet on the floor. 3. Removing all skirting boards. 4. Removing blinds from the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. (And dispose) 5. General remove of carpet underlay The floor plan of the apartment is attached for reference.

I need stains removed from my carpet. I have tried to clean these with baking soda and vinegar to no avail. See below. Repairing isn't really and option too as I am renting and have no spare carpet.

Remove and dispose second level and stairs floorboards (3 x bedrooms, hallway and small rumpus)

There is a section of my carpet that has got burned. I either need someone to replace this section of the carpet with an exact match, however I don’t know the exact product- maybe this is something you can find? If not, the full carpet may need replaced to a similar carpet. Trying to do this without the landlord finding out so they don’t sting me with huge fees. Thanks!

We have a retail showroom with concrete floor. Approx. 150-200sqm of carpet tiles have been removed from the concrete floor. There is still adhesive residue in some places that we would like removed - Due date: Flexible

Have about 70sqm of carpet in loft apartment. Will need to rip out carpet and other underlay materials with disposal leaving just the concrete substrate. - Due date: Before Monday, 19 June, 2023
