The floorboards are stained and so far have been unable to have been cleaned off. The stain is from oven cleaner and I’ve tried acetone and methylated spirits with only little luck. They are a laminate, but unfortunately have not been registered with strata so I’ve no idea what kind. I’m open to having them repaired or replaced but will need assistance with measurements once they’ve been lifted.

I need holes drilled and handles installed for kitchen cabinets and cupboards. 18 handles each requiring two screws. Instructions provided. I have the screws etc. there are no current holes in the cabinets so will need to be measured and spaced accurately.

Hello I need someone who can soundproof a door for me and seal the gaps as it’s one of those slide doors and you literally feel like you are in the living room and you can hear all the noise, either this or maybe even take out the slide door and replace it with a normal door which can be soundproofed, however I know that will be way more expensive

I’m about to purchase multiple strands of faux bougainvillea for a feature wall at my restaurant. Hello - our drier was hanging for several years but we recently noticed the hardware was coming away from the wall so we took it down. Looking for a professional to assess and rehang to ensure the drier doesn't rip away from the wall. We understand this may mean all new hardware and set up. The issue we're facing is that the wall it was hung from backs up to the block's fire stairs so we've struggled to find a stud, there's a limited cavity (for proper wall toggle bolts) and obviously don't want to drill into fire stairwell (see strata plan image).
