Hi there, rental apartment there was a plant plate （Monstera deliciosa）sit on the floor from Oct to Nov 2024. I found there might be mould, as attached photos show, left when I move the plate out in Dec 2024 till now. The affected size of left circled area is like 20cm X 15cm. I would like check whether someone can help with repairing the timber floor in my kitchen. The clear protective coating is peeling away in some sections, especially around the dishwasher, probably due to the heat and moisture. I would like to do this without re-sanding and re-varnishing the whole floor, as it is part of a large open-plan area, which is otherwise ok. I understand the result may be less than perfect. I am not looking for the cheapest quote, but for someone who has done something similar before.
