we have designed a fixed simple rack for displaying carpet samples . the task is to provide materials and build the rack on site fixed to Gyprock wall. We have all of the construction drawings and it is simpler than it looks on paper. this project requires a competent carpenter or handy man.

Replace skirting board, patch plaster and paint

2.6 x 4.6 room needing carpet.

One bedroom apartment , need skirting board replaced and patch and painting the room

Light sand and polish timber floor with water based system.

Need laminate flooring put in the laundry and tiling the floor of the shower room.

I need a couple of skirting boards/architraves bogged sanded and re-painted whisper white, along with a couple of small holes in my walls (all shown). I’m after an experienced handyman :)

Bedroom new flooring, they replaced the skirting boards which now need to be filled in. 3m x 3m bedroom plus wardrobe. A few other spots around the house like behind the kitchen sink where it would be good to get some new sealing in. No need to paint, we will paint later. Would be nice to get done this weekend but not essential Theres other tasks if you feel like spending longer here haha. If you have the skills to do a bit of wall patching/electri sanding, removing a bathroom standard mirror siliconed to the wall, replacing a washing machine seal, moving a tv mount on wall etc. let me know.

I have mostly completed the install of vinyl plank flooring in my 1 bed apartment, there’s just one side edge of the living room and a bit of the bedroom left, I barely have time so would love to get some help getting it done this week.

Carpet clean and pest spray of a 2 bed apartment in South Brisbane. Carpet is in both bedrooms and living room area only. All furniture will be removed for this to take place. Strong chemicals needed as there are a few hard stains. If you can't get them all out its understandable, but just as best as can be done. I do need this completing as early as possible in the morning on that Wednesday and I will also need a receipt for both carpet clean and pest spray to show my real estate We do have guest parking available for 4 hours that is free of charge.

About 25square meters. Just looking for quotes. Carpet removal and installation for hard wooden floorboards. Flexible anytime before end of jan but when the task commences it needs to be worked on until completion please in most efficent amount of time as there is other renovations going on too. I bought a new drawer for the closet but its just a bit too big for the glass door to close, removing part of the Skirting Board of the closet would solve the problem I'm hoping. - Due date: Flexible

Supply underlay and lay carpet (supplied) to small area below desk. Floor area measures 60cm x 125cm. To join to existing carpet. Remove 2 soft silicone lumps on concrete. Floor otherwise in good condition. Please see photo. Parking available for ute or small van in apartment building, height 2.3m restrictions won’t fit trucks. - Due date: Before Friday, 19 May 2023
