Floorboards needing to be cut was recommended they need a compound saw to be cut hoping someone can do this for me, I am needing them cut just so I can stagger them when I lay them

As we are still in the contracting phase, access to the property is not possible at this time. Therefore, a preliminary quote would be greatly appreciated to assist with our budgeting.
