I need to fix a part of my carpet that got burned with an iron.

Have just finished laying hybrid flooring, but have run out of energy to finish the skirting boards. There’s 3 different types of skirting about 30 linear metres of white skirting 66x18mm to install, 8 linear metres of wood trim skirting to install and about 12 linear metres of bronze trim. All skirting will be supplied, can supply glue and nails as well. Happy to pay by the hour if preferred.

Looking to get floor sand and seal to kitchen area.

Seeking a professional to remove old carpet adhesive from the concrete floors in a 3 bedroom apartment.

Two small patches of carpet need to be fixed. Pieces of carpet could be cut from the closet and placed on the patches. Pieces of generic carpet could then be placed on the cut areas of the closet. I included a 50 bill in the photos to help indicate size. I've also shown the torn off carpet pieces, if that helps. This is a rental and I'm officially exiting this week. Would like this task done asap (ideally today) or before Wed 22/05. Thanks!

Removal of carpet tiles. Need these carpet tiles pulled up. They are very stuck and can't use a machine to remove so will have to be done by hand. Carpet tiles can be stacked on site so don't need to be dumped. This is a hard job. Parking provided
