Require wooden flooring for 1 bedroom unit (lounge + bedroom) in St Kilda East. Job need to be done between 3rd - 7th Feb 2025. Current floor is polished concrete

Need a small slab of one and a half by one and a half meters to be sanded flat. The tiles are coming off now.

I have a flat in St Kilda East to be sold and I would like to put a hybrid floor in the Lounge room/Kitchen which is one room of 3x7m (minus the kitchen cabinets which is approx. 1.5 sqm). The floor is concrete. There is carpet at the moment and tiles in the kitchen which I should be able to remove myself and dispose of. I am thinking to buy the the flooring from Fowles Auction and scotia as per needed (Skirting boar are not to be removed). Probably to be done at the end of coming week (new kitchen to be installed at beginning of the week). I am looking to see the feasibility of doing this (so how much you would charge) and how much to buy (5% or 10% wastage?) Old flooring is vinyl sheet flooring. I'd like to replace this with laminate timber, vinyl planks or vinyl tiles, depending on what suits. Total area is about 4.1 square meters, with fridge and oven sections included. The gas oven will be staying, new floor will need to run partially underneath it but not all the way if it can't be lifted up.
