I have a flat in St Kilda East to be sold and I would like to put a hybrid floor in the Lounge room/Kitchen which is one room of 3x7m (minus the kitchen cabinets which is approx. 1.5 sqm). I am thinking to buy the the flooring from Fowles Auction and scotia as per needed (Skirting boar are not to be removed).
