We need someone to grind 1 room and a hallway and very small powder room (tiles will be already be removed) for levelling so that timber floors can be laid. Room dimension: 3.5 x 4 Hallway: 2 x 1.5 Powder room: 1 x 2 You will need to have your own grinding equipment and will be required to do 2-3 passes of each area to remove as much screed and left over glue as possible.

Secure new timber it's going to boards to walls where required. Some areas are good some others are not and will require liquid nails and nails to push up against the walls skirting board. some corners need a bit of timber to make the gap less. Require job done straight away
