Floor prep and vinyl plank floor laying

We would like tiled dining/living area measured for laminate or hybrid flooring and installed within the next few weeks. We would need hep ordering the right product also. Need to move the already purchased planks from garage to the basement (two stories down a straight outdoor stair). Install the planks. We have an approx 30 sqm area of quality hardwood floor (roughly 5m x 6m) that we want to cover with self adhesive vinyl planks. The product is the Senso Natural Self Adhesive Vinyl Planks and each plank measures 914mm long x 184mm wide x 2mm thick. We will supply the required amount of the product. Everything else is up to you. You need to be a well skilled and experienced vinyl plank installer with all your own tools to do this job.

I have about 50m2 of floating floor boards to install in a living room/ kitchen level of a townhouse in Taringa. Need it done in the next week if possible. My partner can be around to help with installing the bulk areas but need someone who can cut the pieces that need to work around corners and do the more detailed work. We would supply floor boards and underlay, would need you to bring the required tools for cutting etc. The plan would be to get this done in one day with the help of my partner, price is for one days work if you think it will take longer we can discuss.

VERY SMALL JOB - need to replace 2 carpet tack strips (timber subfloor) that join at a corner and stretch the carpet back into the corner.
