I am looking to have a Master Bedroom & walk in robe carpeted. The carpet will need to be matched to the other bedrooms. The room is approx 4mx4m.

We are purchasing a house, settling in Feb. On settlement, the house will be painted and new floor coverings are going in: hybrid on the ground floor and carpet on the stairs and first floor. All tiled areas will remain. I would like to replace all of the skirting boards throughout the house (existing will be removed by painters): I have roughly calculated at 160m. Note there are two curved walls bounding a stair and 4 x columns on the ground floor. We are proposing 135mm high SK23 from intrim moulding.
