Find an experienced flooring expert in Tullamarine

I have a small job in tullamarine which is installing 2m2 of recycled timber flooring in a kitchen where a wall was removed. There is also approx 3m2 of existing Timber Flooring which, is what was a laundry, and is now becoming a pantry. The existing timber needs to be removed and reinstalled with recycled timber. It's all Tas Oak.

We require approx 80sqm of engineered oak floating floor boards to be installed in our office which currently has carpet which will be removed prior to installation of boards. The subfloor underneath is concrete and boards will need to be glued down. Please supply glue. Office is situation on ground floor with only a small step from driveway and you can park right out front of the office

Scope of work: - Remove and dispose off the old carpet - Remove and dispose off the old underlay - Replace any carpet tack strips (edge strips) if damaged - Lay the new underlay (provided by me) - Install the new carpet - Make good at all edges, wardrobe, transitions, edges Limit of Works: 2 bedrooms only as shown in the attached picture. bedrooms size: -3.1 x 3.3 -3.0 x 3.6 Tasks to be completed after 14 June 2024 Offer to include: - Cost to complete all the works - Number of hours/days required to complete the tasks - Availability after 14 June Allow for the following: - Work to be carried out on Saturday or Sunday only. - To provide professional advice in purchase of carpet, underlay, transitions, etc, any material to complete the works. - Carpet installer to bring all the tools and consumables required for the works.

Hi, I am after someone to install (and potentially supply) floating floorboards in my unit in Tullamarine. We would like Meals, Laundry, Kitchen, Living, Entry and WC to have floating floors installed. We would like the previous flooring removed and disposed of (Carpet in Meals/ Living/ Entry area). Unsure of what the going rate so happy to negotiate of course.
