So just wanted to get the carpets cleaned.. however there isn't all that much carpet but we have a spiral staircase covered in carpet and 2 bedrooms and a small hallway. Rest of house if floor board or tiles.. I'm not looking for it to be done cheaply rather done properly... And old keep in mind the spiral stair case as have had issues in past .. posted for 150$ however happy to negotiate but pls don't rock up with a non commercial cleaner..

You will need appropriate equipment to trim the metal transition piece to fit the doorway and drill into the concrete floor to insert expansion anchors.
