I have 2 rooms which I want hybrid floor installed. One is a very small kitchen with concrete floor- it is at a bit of a slant so will need some self level poured. The other is chipboard floor. Please see floor plan photos. I need it done asap!

There are tiles in the hallway between these rooms that are also being ripped up seperately, so need to ensure this works well with that. Floorboards are being managed seperately. I would like to get carpet replaced with hardwood flooring in Lounge and Bedroom in the plan attached. I can get pentarch red mahogany from bunnings. only removal of carpet, laying hardwood flooring required. I am not very sure on what is the price, feel free to quote for labour.

I have recently installed a new floating floor. There are two rooms either side of the new floor that have carpet in them.
