The back room of my shop needs carpet tiles laid. I already have the carpet tiles so you will just need the adhesive and something to cut the tiles. The room is around 3.6 x 5.6 meters. The floor is flat so not much prep work apart from cleaning which I can do. I don’t have a great photo of the back room either - Sorry!

I had carpet replaced (with engineered boards). Existing skirting was removed and disposed of. I bought same skirting (68x11 mm) - You can see type on one of the pictures. I painted those and are ready to be fit. Job is small, roughly 11 linear meters and ready access. You probably need some tools (45 degree cutter/saw for the corners, glue, may be a nail gun). It's one bedroom. Skirting has already been cut roughly to fit each section ( a few cm longer) - Due date: Flexible

I have a 2 bedroom apartment with wooden floors in the kitchen and carpet in the living room and bedrooms, I’d like to replace the living room and kitchen floors with polished concrete. Attached are photos of the area I’m looking to have flooring replaced in, it’s approximately 65m2. - Due date: Flexible

We have purchased hybrid flooring from a reputable company. We have small areas of the underlay that need some flood coat put on it where the holes are. We had been quoted $1500 but the company has double booked. The apartment is 40sq , the flooring will be provided on balcony. You will need to supply the flood coat for the areas. There are 2 areas I would like fixed. One is covered by a very stubborn stain - the size of that landing area is 3.4m x 1.5m. The second area is where couple of hot rods have left a two small burnt circles on the carpet. Size of that area is 0.7m x 1.5m. I am replacing the carpet (same ) in another area so it'll be a matter of picking a good piece from one of those bedrooms and replace the two areas as described above.
