The subfloor in the entry way of my home is spongy, I suspect from previous water damage (the leak has now been fixed) I need someone to replace the subfloor. There is vinyl on-top of the sub floor. You are welcome to rip the vinyl up if needed and do not have to replace it, I will get the floor covering done separately. The vinyl does need to be left in a safe way however, with no tripping hazards. Note you will need to work with the property manager and tenant to gain access to have a look at the problem
