Remove the dead weed, we've added Roundup a few weeks ago to kill everything. Add new plants and fill up with Mulch. I have some tools like wheelbarrow, shovel... but ideally you have your own tools. This could became an ongoing job, to take care of the garden bed and lawn on regular basis.
