I’ve got some areas in the property that have leaks in pipes. Might need to replace/ stop the leak and also some of the sprinklers at the back that doesn’t have enough pressure/ some not working. I have two sprinkler systems and I am not able to use either one. I’m open to offers to revive both systems or just one or the other. have severe arthritis, it affects both hands. My bore system has very old taps, and I am unable to use it at all. I would like to have them upgraded. A few of the sprinklers need replacing, a general spruce up. I don’t know a great deal about general bore water system maintenance. But if it’s due for a back wash then I would consider doing. I require any tasker to have a ABN number and provide a written quote. The quote should include a provision for the tasker to obtain all parts and materials required to complete the job. I’m flexible with day/time and the figure offered is for the initial engagement process.

Replace shower tap in bathroom

We had a tap break so would now like to replace the whole assembly in the ensuite bathroom. Similar to image attached Quote for pick up of parts too (payment of parts will be done separately)

New dishwasher needs waste and water connected sink is next to it

I’ve just bought a property in Koongamia . I’ve got a list of things I need a quote for. There is asbestos in the property (I don’t think bathroom walls though but could be wrong - looks like 50’s bathroom has been replaced in 90’s inc wall sheeting). LAUNDRY 1) replace laundry toilet with new toilet provided 2) replace laundry taps with new taps provided KITCHEN 3) cap off kitchen taps ready for kitchen removal 4) cap off gas and move stove away from wall ready for removal BATHROOM 4) cap off shower taps and spout ready for retile 5) remove vanity + cap off water 6) remove toilet ready for floor retile 7) remove shower screen 8) remove toilet and cap off water/waste All items removed to be placed in skip provided at front of property.

Seal above sink needs to be replaced

I can’t unscrews tap seat - even with a tap spanner. Need help! Have new set of taps ready to go.

Bathroom bath tub tap recently started leaking. Even when tighten by hand, it still drips a bit. Unsure if the washer needs replacing or is it due to old parts. Please assist. Thanks. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 22 January 2024

Water not coming out of shower head. And laundry room sink tap doesn’t stop leaking water even after taps are closed tightly, if open hard to close the tap and water flows non stop. Both hot and cold taps hard to open and close. Suspect worn out seal. - Due date: Flexible

In Bayswater the new hose reel needs to be attached to wall. ( old one removed first ) Also the current fixture on the tap needs replacing as the water is spraying in different directions. The front garden is dying so need it done soon - Due date: Before Friday, 24 November 2023
