Water garden & pot plants, weeding

After someone to whipper snip and mow small backyard and front yard strip. Also have a reserve behind my house and would like the grass against the fence whipper snipped back about 1m, has gate access. Backyard access is down 4-5 steps, I will not be home to assist carrying a heavy mower. Looking for someone who can come on there own and not need directions as I will be at work all week.
