With all of the rain and storms of late we have a small grass plant that has decided to grow in our gutter. It’s on the end of the house that is 2nd story (garage below), however there is 1st story access. This is not a complete gutter job, just the removal of this one plant, we just don’t have a ladder and aren’t keen on purchasing one right now. This place is a rental property that has unfortunately been abused by the tenants from hell. The garden is in a state.
