I have a Small garden weeding I would like to weed before my house inspection this week .

I have a small newly laid back lawn; the size is very small and usually takes less than ten minutes to do. I’m based in Sydney and can’t do it myself. The house key is in a lockbox and can be done anytime at all. This job is for one mow but I will need it done again on Friday 1st March too. The house is being listed for sale so one mow is for the photos and second is the day before the listing. The grass is currently short and as per the photo taken on Friday. De weed 2x small patios required. There's a grassy/mossy rear patio made up of a triangular space (about 3m X 1.5m and another slightly larger rectangular area. The tiled patio has a 5m X 1m strip of pebbles running along it that needs some low weeds removed. If possible I'd like to have the tiled area cleaned (just under 5m X 3m) so I don't need to hire a gurney from Bunnings. Happy to pay an extra $50 for the pressure clean of the tiles. I'm moving out so need the garden to be clean for the end of lease. I need the weeds removed from my yard, and if possible sprayed to avoid them coming back so that we can lay some astroturf down. if anyone isn’t afraid of spiders and could help with the removal of some on the fence, that would be amazing too.

we moved into a rental property and the weeds are crazy, we need them completely uprooted to avoid them growing back so we can cover the area with fake grass :)) if anyone can help with spider + web removal too that would be awesome :))
