Hi, I need someone to install this security gate at staircase. I have the gate already in my garage. I would require someone to have a tool or a way to be able to detect if there is any pipe or wiring before drilling please. thank you.

Looking for someone to paint our new driveway gate nicely (ideally with spray gun for consistent finish), avoiding painting the motorised bits of the gate and anything that is not the gate. I would like the steel posts also included. The gate is 1.8m tall and slightly less than 4m wide. I have at least 2L of existing dulux weather shield paint matching the colour of the house to use also. I’m flexible with dates, working from home on Monday and Fridays. $5 is clearly not my budget or expectation for the job 🤣

Need help to install main gate lock. There is an existing one but seems not working very efficiently.

Have electric gates at front of driveway, they are working (they open and close) but I need someone to help adjust or reprogram as one closes all the way and the other doesn't. Also often as they close, they just reopen and won't stay closed. Mechanically they seems to be working fine, just need some sort of adjustment.

We need a small wooden fence built - 2.96 metres long x 1.8 metres high. It needs to have a gate, with a metal closing we can put a padlock on. It needs to go right to the ground so our dogs can’t go under it. It is on the side of our house and pretty close to the gas meter so we are thinking it might need to be attached to our house on one side (old wooden weatherboards) and a brick wall on the other side rather than having posts.

I have the other part of latch, but if I install the other half directly onto the pillar, the angles won't align. Previously, I installed a wooden shim that was the same size as the picture in my hand. However, I don't have any tools to penetrate the iron pillar or to make another shim that is the same as the previous one. Seeking someone to come fix the sagging side gate and tighten the latch on the gate. The gate is slanted/out-of-alignment on one edge and gets stuck into the frame most of the time when closed.
