Please note i would like to get a quote for replacing the fence and gate seen in the image. The Fence might be approximately 5-6 (including the gate) meters or lesser from what i remember. Need to be fixed this week. You would need to bring the material and labour for finishing the job. This is a repost as the previous job expired and i was travelling and could not get back on time. I'm not looking for someone who can finish the job with quality and time, so your past work matters.

My auto swing gate is supported by a timber post which attached to brick by screws. However, the timber post started to detach from brick as it is weakening over time. I reckon the timber post needs to be replaced. The swing gate itself works fine.

The timber post of the side gate is cracked and the hinge is coming off. It may need half of the post cut and new part joined with the old and then fix the hinge of the door.

Gate keeps jamming on rail/ground and won’t open properly. I believe the hinges need replacing to metal/heavy duty hinges.

We have one small roof area that has gutter draining issues which caused a leak during a recent storm, and a bathroom which started leaking from the exhaust fan. Both roof areas are corrugated iron. We have work scheduled for the damage caused internally but need to fix the roof first and need qualified experienced roof plumbers to do the work. I am aware that the cost of repairs will depend on assessment of the problem and that the quoted cost could be either lower or higher. UPDATE: insurance evaluation has advised that we need a box gutter to be installed.

Hello, Looking to replace 2 x gates as follows: 1. Driveway gate. Looking for a metal sliding gate. Approx 4 metres wide x 1.2m high. Undecided if it will be auto or manual, See pic for example. 2. Side gate between house & fence line. Thinking of double gates with metal frame and timber slats (so it can be painted), Approx 2.85 metres wide x 1.9m high. See pic for example. #1 two metal gates have latch mechanisms that are broken. Best to replace with new. Please quote on labor - latch costs will be in addition. Please supply or recommend a latch that I can buy for the job. Please rekey latch lock so it matches existing house key. #x1 wooden gate that needs a simple latch install. #cut laserlite roof panel. This job is optional - depending on skills. Current laserlight roof panels sit too close to the gutter. This makes it impossible to clean the gutters. Looking to weld together driveway gates made up from 2 sets (left and right) old wrought iron gates. picture show right hand side - will need to do the same for both left and right. need to weld top gate onto bottom gate (to make the one unit). Also need to weld on bottom side, 4 hinges, and two small metal tabs (show in picture). I will be able to assist. All metal has been pre-cut and ready to weld.
