I need to build fence with automatic roller gate ASAP

I have an automatic sliding gate with motor installed. I need someone with experience to install the track on the gate, hook up the motor with the provided power cable, install the gate stop , program the remote. All required materials are provided. Any questions please ask. The motor is Faac 740

Automatic gate has stopped opening and closing. Can hear it still has power when the remote button is pressed, however, the motor shorts out very quickly and doesn't move the gate. Gate is old and can't determine who the original manufacturer is.

We have two outdoor gates that need replacing. I would like them to be treated timber in a simple picket arch with a Z frame reinforcing the back. They will also need to be attached to the wall with hinges and latches. Gate sizes: Side garden gate 97 width // height approx 157cm https://www.bunnings.com.au/900-x-1800mm-gate-cypress-arch_p0124921 Pool gate Width 83cm // height approx 140cm There are prefab ones at Bunnings for $148 that will suit the larger size, but not the smaller. The smaller will have to be built or perhaps we can cut another Bunnings one to size. Will need you to purchase materials after we discuss design, build gates and install.

timber rot due to heavy rain, piece of the timber has fallen off. Also the door hinge is no longer holding up the door to close properly as the timber the hinge is on has split

I have a timber gate that blew shut in the wind recently and the gate broke off the post attached to a brick wall. The gate is fine but I need the post attached to the wall replaced.as it has snapped off at the hinges. I would need the timber post replaced and re-attached to the brick wall. Post is attached to wall with three large nuts and bolts which are still intact. But I cannot remove the remainder of the post off the wall myself as the bolts are still attached to the wall. Pics might explain better.. Post dimensions are:- 1800mm tall 90mm wide 90mm deep
