We are repainting our metal front fence. Before we prime and paint, we need all gate framing and panel surfaces prepared, metal brushed/sanded back, surface rust removed/sanded off and existing remaining paint and metals surfaces prepared ready for new primer and paint finish. Gate(s) are approx. 1.7M high x 2.3 M wide overall. Someone with time, correct tools, equipment, knowledge and elbow grease required to complete the job.

Instal a new gate hinge and reinstalling gate. Fence reinforcement - Replace fence post 100 x 100 and secure post to fence.

I’m looking for someone to remove a broken child safety gate and install a new one. This might involve stopping past Bunnings 5 mins from the house to pick up the gate (to be pre-purchased). Attached is a photo of the broken hinge and the retractable child safety gate to be installed. Fix our front gate: - the wooden housing for barrel has split and needs to be replaced - fix-up existing lock by screwing back on and alignment - may need to alright gate by lifting up slightly so it latches

Hey, Our code gate lock has stopped working, not sure if it needs replacing or just fixing but every time I type in the code and turn it the thing won’t open. Happy to buy a new one if needed but hoping someone experienced can fix this one ☝️

The front fence is 14 metres long and 1.8 metres high. Both sides need to be painted in Dulux Lexicon Half, with two coats of paint required. The side fence is 3 metres long and 2 metres high, also needing both sides painted in Dulux Lexicon Half with two coats of paint. The side gate is 2 metres by 2 metres and should be painted in Dulux Lexicon Half with two coats. The fences are a wooden picket fence with posts. Please see the attached photos for reference. I need someone to remove my electric gate opener/closer. It's currently not working and prior to get a new one I'd just like this removed such that I can use the gate manually. Your job is to unbolt it from the ground such that it can be taken out. Note that the electric opener/closer can not be put into neutral. The key no longer works.
