Hi, I am looking for quote to do Aggregate driveway and concreting near side fencing. Need to do floating steps too. Have attached photo for better understanding and have highlighted the area that need concreting.

Gate needs repair. Needs to have the palings at bottom shaved for it to open close properly. Hinges installed are self closing but might need additional work to ensure that does. Photos attached for reference. Need another small gate repair as well. Happy for hourly rate

Require a double gate on left hand side of property and a single gate and fence to boundary on the right hand side. Ideally black metal or open to suggestions. Note there is a concrete pad already completed to mount directly to.

Metal gate expands in heat, needs adjustment, includes electric strike, remote opening. Replace plastic hinges with metal (supplied)although screws are for timber uprights not metal.

Hi, Need someone to repair or potentially replace damaged frame for exterior driveway gate. Existing damaged frame can possibly be bent back into shape and fixed to concrete using bolts. If this is possible. If this is not possible then replacement frame to be built using galvanised steel posts or similar for existing gates. 2x Gates to be re-hung after this is completed. Gates are quite heavy and tall, 1.8m and I am happy to assist in moving them before the other work takes place.

The gate door is quite large and heavy. It is very difficult to open and close as it no longer is seated correctly. The gate is tilted away from the top hinge (see photos). It may need new hinges or something so it fits properly. The gate is wood on a metal frame and is 92cm wide by 220 cm tall.

Metal frame double gate needs 2 bolts one in the middle and one at the top with a bottom drop bolt installed.

I have a canopy rangehood in my kitchen which vents externally through the wall. See photos. The problem is even if i have the fan on medium, the smell stills go upstairs in the house in all the rooms where it lingers for a few hours. I don't think the rangehood is extracting. When it is on, i can go outside where the vent is and I can feel air and smell coming out. So the fan is working. I am hoping someone can help me investigate what is wrong with my rangehood and maybe have a deeper look at the ducts and check whether the ducts are fully connected on each ends to the external vent. House is at Williams Landing. Let me know if i need to buy any spare parts from bunnings before you come or whether you have them with you. Thanks.
