There’s a few issues with the driveway electric gate which seemed to be caused by the switch mechanism inside the power box. I would love to have this fixed by next Friday at the very latest. Examples: 1. Gate switch doesn’t fall into place every time i open the gate so very often once the gate has opened completely, the switch gets reactivated and pushes the gate back towards closing direction by about 10-20cm. 2. When opening gate goes further beyond the track limit and has started to slowly dig into the soil 3. Cog wheel sometimes slows down the gate closing automation. It makes a noise as if something was stuck underneath

Weld broken lock hole closed on gate slide bolt so I can attach a padlock

Hinges have seized up and latch has broken on side metal garden gate. I will need hinges and latch to be provided.

Wooden gate on hinges which was slowly coming apart has now fallen apart and needs to be put back together so I can shut it until it can rebuild it - gate also has digital lock with tongue that matches striker plate on fence - amount I'll agree to pay depends on amount of repair that is done, less for short term more for more permanent solution.

Side gate of the house is on right side. Need to swap it to the left hand side. See picture No structural work required Alternatively gate currently opens inwards. If you swap hinges to open out should also work.

Remove bricks. Level and concrete area approx 3m x 1m. Remove corrugated fence and panels.

Install fenstar gate. One post concreted in ground other attached to side of house. Main part of gate already but together

Front gate sticks so need the fitting removed, the wood shaved back and sealed and then the fitting re-fitted

Bolts attaching gate to brick wall snapped. Need new bolts installed and gate straightened. Where the timber attaches to the brick wall is where they’ve snapped.
