Need swinging automation system put on posts and secured correctly to my country swing gates. Need them put on properly and to swing up to 130 degree to not impede on my driveway. Gates are timber at 2.5 each at 1.2m high and weigh 80kg each. 5 metre opening for swing gates and posts are 200 by 200 cypress.

Council requires Fence may be extended utilising 70x45 treated pine uprights, which must commence from ground level and be attached to 3 fence cross rails and placed at every 1200 – treated pine decking may then be used to extend. The length is around 15 metres

We have bought a newport adapta gate from Big W. We would like to install it our backyard. One side is on the fence and second side is on the wall. We have drilled it manually on the fence side but need assistance for drilling it on the wall side. If you have high power drill which can easily drill through brick wall, it should be a 2 minute job.

make and fix gate 4'x6' either merbau or colourbond.

Repair minor scratches on two timber (possibly by sanding) and then repaint the entire gate (paint required - around 15 slats in total). See photo

Washbasin (2, upstairs and downstairs, both using the same pipe) water flowing out very slowly, source of clogging unknown but not visible. Have tried plunging but hasn’t worked. Water flow unreliable, sometimes ok other times not flowing. May need camera to investigate.

Heavy external gate with metal frame required two new heavy duty hinges to be welded on so that gate is reattached. Must be in correct alignment so that gate can be bolted shut as per photos.
