Currently there exists a drain installed from house to the street kerb. Council have advised that j need to have an approved ‘kerb protector-adapter’ installed. Please refer to attached photos for details. If needed I am able to procure the kerb protector myself and supply for your installation and make good. I presume some small concrete work is required.

Paint around external windows and gutters of unit.

I have a 15m long box gutter that is leaking in a specific location. I do not know if a repair is possible or if a full replacement is required. I would prefer it to be repaired but will rely on your judgement. Access is shown in the first picture with the ladder. You can see where the water is pooled in the box gutter, its suspiciously under a skylight but I do not think that the skylight is the problem.

The task includes cleaning, preparing the surfaces for painting. Painting 2 (or more as required) coats of paint on the gutter, fascia, downpipe, trims of our terrace house. We are unsure if it will be easier to spray the paint on or brush. Happy to take advice from an experienced painter. We will supply the Dulux paint so don’t include in the price.

Hi , I have issue with my terrace, water is leaking trough a gape from my above neighbours ! Simply the gutter needs to be custom made in L shape from a metal sheet and installed above the sealing on my terrace !

Timber batten under veranda has suffered water damage and needs to be removed and replaced, resealed and painted. This will require some carpentry skills. The leak that appears to be the source above in the gutter will need to be sealed
