Good afternoon I have a box gutter that is rusted in North Melbourne. I’m happy to lay the new gutter over the existing one. I will send the photos you might need It is approx 6m long x 380 wide x 500 mm high on one side and 150mm high under the roofing sheets (please check photos to work out final measurements allowing for overlaps etc. I think it should be cut in half to make it easier to get it to the roof. Please work out out your measurements based on the photos not what I have written here. There is also a small section of galvanised cover that needs to be installed that is shown in the photos. It is 100mm wide x 80mm high and will need to be Atleast 1100mm long to allow for overlap (the actual gap is 950mm). Thanks so much Evan

Need a licenced and experienced person to replace these sections of leaking gutters, fascia board and quads i think they are called (wooden bits above between the fascia and gutter?) and painted if possible. first pic is 2 meters, second is 3.5 meters and 3rd is approximately 4 meters. Also need a garden tap that has snapped off to be reinstalled. It's currently plugged but needs to be fixed. Budget is listed as a guide. As the leak has gotten worse over the last week I would prefer to have it done before next rainfall on sunday please

Due to the recent heavy rain, the property has suffered some extensive leaking in various parts. The insurance claim was rejected, stating some areas that needed to be fixed prior to repairs being approved. I will attach parts of the report and photos to the job. It is a double story townhouse.

Replacement of existing pergola post with new post and paint (grey/white accents). During recent gutter clearance, I was informed that the likely reason for the failure of the existing post was due to the gutter pooling water directly above the post, so a slight rectification to the gutter pitch to direct water to the downpipe is also required (see pictures).
