Repairs are needed to interior walls from curtain rails pulled out of gyprock

Remove desk and put up gyprock walls to create new room. Remove carpet and install new carpet squares to office space approx 90m2.

The Chiprock ceiling in my attic space which is used for storage and as an office, was damaged by water. I hope this is clear from the photos that I have posted. I would like to have it repaired.

Handyman require to fix the garage ceiling gyprock and put door sealer under 2 doors , 2 sliding doors and one garage door so water can’t go inside. Door sealer either you can buy and I will pay you or I can buy and provide you.

I have some shelves I have installed and did not use gyprock reinforced screws and need them taken down and put back up. Total 4 shelves with 11 screws to be redone (really easy work) and should not take anymore than 15-30min to complete. See photos of shelves and screws.

A sparky installed an EV charger on the back wall of my garage and had run a wire from switch board to the place where charger was meant to go. He had to create small holes to run the wire which need patching.

I need three partitioned walls constructed with gyprock and skirting board and 3 cavity doors. Walls are to be 2.2 metres high, not to the ceiling and no cornices. 1 wall is 10m, 2 X walls 3m.

The wall (non load bearing) is approximately 11m in length, running the length/in front of an existing double brick wall (to conceal cabling/plumbing and create a flat surface). Other things to note: Dates of work: Due to the opening hours of our business, the work will need to be completed between Saturday evening-Tuesday mid-morning at some point over the coming weeks (so ideally, Sat night/Sun/Mon). You will have two trade assistants on site (if needed) or we can stay out of your way and work on other parts of the project. Access to the site is easy, its level 1 rear via a large industrial loading stairway (no bends), with a car park directly behind the building

Price is labour each day. I Will pay for materials on top as well Remove door, remove frame, patch doorway with gyprock and studs between gyprock. Mark where studs are. Plaster gaps on both sides. Only one side needs to be smooth for me to paint. The other side will have cabinets, kitchen and splash back covering it.
