We need a doorway for a downstairs flat closing off at the bottom of the stairs. A semi-temporary closure. We have some spare gyprock you can use and also some timber that might be useful. Job would entail: - Measuring up and cutting gyprock to size - two sheets with some insulation for soundproofing (we can pay for the insulation) - Mounting to doorframe (one side is gyprock, one is brick) - Gap fill edges We will paint. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 1 September 2023

Looking for experienced gyprock sheeting for two walls, and a ceiling. The walls have been damaged by built-in cabinets being removed (see photo of the worst wall, the other is not too bad). The bathroom ceiling needs patching because a new exhaust fan was installed but it was smaller than the opening for the old one.
Chin did an excellent job on a slightly complicated task (replastering two damaged walls and filling gaps around a ceiling exhaust fan). He and his partner worked very quickly and the result was extremely professional. Very pleasant to deal with and responded to messages almost immediately. Highly recommend!
