Task: Complete Back Shed Fit-Out – Walls, Ceiling & Electrical Hi, we’re looking for a skilled and experienced handyman to help finish off a shed at the back of our recently purchased property. The shed is half-completed, and we need someone who can: • Install walls and ceiling (timber or chiprock, depending on preference/costs). • Fit out the electrical systems. This can be done in stages (depending on costs) or all in one go, if feasible. We’re after someone professional, reliable, and a good communicator with solid all-around experience in building and electrical work. You’ll need to have your own tools, but I will supply the materials. There’s also potential for additional work on another building on the property if this job goes well. Fix or replace a section of gyprock wall. It had cork glued to it. Wall is a mess.

I need a small hole in a gyprock wall fixing along with a few dents, also my bathroom door doesn’t slide properly and need putting back in the rails

A small section of the plasterboard behind the skirting board was damaged by water in the past (see red circle). I think the task will involve taking down the skirting board, remove and replace the damaged gyprock, and then glue the skirting board back on. The damaged gyprock is hard to see because it’s hiding behind the skirting board but I estimate the size to be roughly 35cm X 12cm. If you could also help us to paint that side of the wall at additional charge, it’s even better. There are unpainted patches and water marks on the wall from previous issue and repair. The wall is about 170cm wide and 250cm tall (see photo). Feel free to make an offer just for the gyprock repair.

I need an experienced professional to patch up a gyprock wall near the laundry sink and install tiles over it. Ideally, I would like waterproofing to be applied to the gyprock before the tiles are installed to ensure durability and protection from water damage. The old red tiles on the left of the sink would also need to be removed and the new white tiles will be put in place around the sink. I will provide the gyprock and tiles, but you will need to supply all other necessary tools and materials for patching, waterproofing, and tiling (e.g., adhesive, grout, waterproofing membrane, etc.). Looking for someone experienced to fill hole in gyprock wall and level the shelf, the shelf is sitting in the hole currently, Gyprock has metal beams the shelf needs to be put back up straight with no mistakes.
