My aircon is showing up with an error 6 red flashes. For 6 flashes (red), it usually means: • Indoor heat exchanger thermistor error (the sensor that detects the indoor coil’s temperature is faulty, loose, or reading incorrectly). • Sometimes it can also indicate communication error between indoor and outdoor units depending on the exact Fujitsu model. I have reset the system, but I think it may need a clean? Unsure. Please help. 🙂

Roof (easy residential access) 1- The dektite around the exhaust vent has deteriorated silicone and is blocking most of the roof sheet pan. Temporary resealing has been carried out, but replacement of the dektite and proper installation on a dry pan flashing is required 2- Leaf debris under and around solar panels

Scope of works: Hang x 4 framed prints 1200x900 (1x Glass, 3x canvas frames into timber panelled wall) 4x A4 frames - plaster wall 2x Clocks - plasterwall 4x coat hooks - plasterwall 1x mirror D100cms - plaster wall Must secure all wall decor and artwork and ensure safety of elderly guests who will frequent this building. Minor home maintenance tasks at a 3 bed 1 bath 2 garage home in aberfoyle park: Door handle in toilet needs tightening. Flyscreen in sunroom needs replacing. Gutters near front door and down the side are sagging, need a clean and rehang of some sections. Overflow of gutters happening near full rainwater tank, needs to be diverted when tank is full instead of backing up into the roof gutters. Assemble chin up bar in back yard. Tidy and put away old bbq in back yard. Get rid of old hot water tank in back yard. Remove two small feral gums. I'm happy to hire a rubbish skip if needed. If you get a good price on them, please let me know. Edit: there is only one feral gum, not two.
