Fix loose shower handle

We’ve moved office and need a hand removing our sign from the old building. It is rather heavy and up high and may require 2 people. Signage can be left in the car port and I will collect. It’s been drilled into the grout which may also need to be filled.

Need to instal three robe hooks onto walls and fix one that is loose. Re-patch and take out previous hanging hooks (x1). Bridal boutique space (luxury).

I need to get ddpai N1 dual dashcam installed to my mg hs. It plugs into cigarette lighter.

My laundry is inside a cupboard I bought a heat pump dryer that cannot be wall hung. I need a shelf built just above the laundry taps so I don’t have to stack the dryer on my washer - due to the taps I can’t close the door when stacked. I’ve currently taken the door off to accomodate this. Interior of cupboard is plasterboard on timber frame. Shelf doesn’t need to be painted, I can paint once it has been installed at a later date. Shelf will need a small hole in it to allow power cable through, and drain pipe from the dryer. I’m available Fridays work from home or weekends. Second floor apartment.

Re-grouting of bathroom, laundry nook and kitchen floors. Fix discolouration of grouting on bathroom walls (and re-grout). Re-seal and fix shower screen to ensure it closes properly (currently hits on top corner when closing).

Remove front bumper and drivers light assembly, replace with new light already supplied for 2016 QE Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. Re-assemble
