James was very friendly and very professional! We had a fair few plumbing maintenance issues that we haven’t been able to address, and James did an excellent job. Our leaking toilets are now not leaking, all of our taps were serviced and we even recieved advice on what to do with some seized taps! Our kitchen sink tap was replaced and works like a charm! Once all the work was done, James took us through everything he has done and also went around double checking his work! I would recommend James to anyone and everyone, family and friends as this was the best plumber we have had over the years! Thanks again James!

Privacy Lock needs to be repaired/ assembled properly. There are two similar ones. For a professional this must be an easy job.
Tatsuya is easy to deal with, punctual and one with very high professional ethics. I am glad to recommend him to my friends. Tatsuya takes up only the work which he can confidently finish. For my task (which was a bit complex and unclear) he said, he would ask money only if he is able to complete it. But Tatsuya did the job superbly well!
