Help please - two toilet seats. Four Screws/fittings from old seats will not come out. Need someone who has done this kind of thing before. The threading on plastic plugs is gone on three so screws loose but will not come out & one other fitting frozen in place. Old screws now need to be removed somehow so new fittings/seats put in. Please note - There is no other access to the fittings than what you see in pics. Top access only.

- A number of small jobs - Install floating shelves (six small shelves) - Remove screws from wall from curtain rod fixtures. We've attempted to unscrew them but the threading seems gone. May need to be hacksawed?? - Old toilet seat fixtures/screws won't come out. Some stuck others threading seems to have gone and won't be removed.

Remove existing mirror and install a mirrored medicine cabinet in bathroom (900 x 700cm). Cabinet is heavy.

Used laundry cabinet, fluro lights and electrical cable to me removed to tip. The laundry cabinet is quite heavenly and min two person lift.
