7 Gyprock Patches to be fixed. The patches did have old heating vents in them so no bigger than 40cm x 40cm. Hubby has patched them once but now some of it is peeling away. I rather have the flushing taken down that hubby did and fix it with a new flush to avoid the tape peeling again. Photos attached of each area. Happy to have you flush and prepare for painting and im happy to paint. Can be done anytime after the 24th of March 😊
