All material is ready on site. We had to uninstall this blind previously. Now we need this installed. Power point is already there. Would ideally need 2 people as the blind is heavy.

The original base of the letterbox has disintegrated and the flap at the front is long gone. We need a solution to this tricky situation. I have purchased another letterbox (pictured) which could be attached above the existing pillar, but then how does one close up the current hole?! Looking for ideas- thanks
