Repair the plaster on an internal brick wall that was damaged by a leaking shower that has subsequently been repaired. The plaster now needs to be repaired in preparation for painting.

Middle section of shower screen door fell out. Think it might be be able to be slotted back in, but having trouble getting it to line up.

I have been tasked by my owners corporation to get quotes for repairing/replacing a damaged front door for our 9 unit, 1970s brick apartment building. The unlocking of the door can be controlled via the apartment units. Door doesn’t seem to shut properly. ***NOTE: - Anticipated that these works will take place in new year 2025 Jan-Mar. Once I have established preferred bidder, I will need to meet with owners corporation for approval to commence works.

I need someone to help me install a door. Can the handle and screws be transferred to the new door? If not, Bunnings is nearby, and I can get what’s needed. I hope someone can come to fix it today. It would be even better if painting could be included as well.

A painter I recently used managed to scratch the mirror in my bathroom in 3 places- i have no idea how he did it as he is not accepting any responsibility for it. I only saw the scratches when I cleaned the mirror after he had finished painting it.
