Pantry door has broken again. Has been “patched” repaired twice but keeps breaking. Hinges are new.

We have two new external doors that need weather seals installed to keep out water, cold and dust. I've looked at options but I'm not sure which is the best one, so it'd be great if you can help us source the right products. Happy to buy them myself or reimburse you for whatever they cost.
