We currently have a mirror on the wall behind our sink and want someone to remove it and install a shaving cabinet there instead We want to install it lower than where the mirror currently is so there is 1.2 cm of tile that would have to be installed around - keen to get your thoughts on the best to approach the gap!

The hinges have broken off a 'flap' overhead joinery cupboard above our fridge. We need it re installed (see images).
