Hi, I am looking for someone to install a cat door into an internal wooden door, and to replace a dog door with a different dog door in an external wooden door. I will supply both the cat and the dog door, both of which come with templates for installation and that sort of thing. There’s nothing wrong with the dog door that needs replacing- we just need to swap it out for a smart dog door that will let the dog out but won’t let the cat out. Please bring the tools needed- I do have some tools but I’m not certain what we have available. The date to complete this is flexible over the next few days, but I’d prefer it to happen as soon as practical.

Water is getting in to a ground floor room through the window frame via a first floor window above it. The window above and around it needs to be properly sealed / waterproofed.
