I have 16 small frames (standard photo size, some a bit bigger) that I need hung on an internal plaster wall - they will need to be spaced evenly and arrange so that some are horizontal & some are vertical - images attache to give you an idea

Need a sliding door installed in my study room . Replace curtains by door . 1.5meter wide 2.1 meter height approx I will prefer a glass & wooden door , similar to the photo I have posted. I have added another photo with Dimension in meters.

Door frame and the door floor base has a rotting. Need to remove rot and fill it up.

Current ceiling has drop down sections that need to be removed and replaced with level ceiling plaster and replace cornices. Two short walls to be removed and pantry gutted , then pantry area needs new plasterboard and cornices. Area behind stove to be removed and new plasterboard installed ready for the splashback.

Had a son go off the rails damage a wall before he was asked to leave lol.. I have a sheet of plaster for this job but feel it is beyond my skills to do this well ! ..
