Recaulking of 2 edges of an exterior piece of aluminium wall cladding and top of window frame. Total length about 8m. Currently the caulk in these areas has either failed (so not waterproof) or is not caulked (so not waterproof).

We need a gate installed at the top of some steep garden steps to prevent any accidents with our small children. By my rudimentary measurement, it will need to be about 1metre x 1metre.
