Paint the inside of 4bed house (i have the paint) Replace hinges n attatch kitchen cupboard doors Put in new toilet (i have the toilet) Put on the shower screen door(cant find a replacement bracket hinge thing) Replace some floor boards Need a bedroom window security screen Also need 3 sliding wardrobe doors. Ill keep looking on marketplace/gumtree for the doors and screen New front door with frame installed or a frame made! (Door was kicked in and split the original frame) And the front room whch was originally the garage needs to be finished. Cornice and frame around the door. Theres no doubt more that needs to be done! The house will be empty on friday so if someone could come out then to quote it that would be great!

A wall was moved 50cm a number of years ago but apparently plaster tape was not used (advised by building inspector). This has resulted in movement in the plaster which the tenant has tried to repair. I need it fixed and sanded so it can be painted.

Need handyman to put thick tape( Aluminum underneath) on existing worn out/ loosen tiled roof flashing. I have the tape and thin layer aluminum. It's about 2-3 meters. The house is single level.

Chasing somebody to form up and pour concrete slab for garden shed approx 5mx4m in grass back yard.

Fan installation. I require ceiling fan installed and quite possibly more than the one. The house has not had any ceiling fans before. Will need them affixed to normal ceiling but if I get more those ceilings are exposed beams.

Will directly deposit the funds once the job is done - you will need to supply bank details. 1 days work only - (5 hrs wrk per person - $125 each) need it completed by 4pm - can start at 9.00am

Regrettably, inadvertedly caused damage to the glass stove top, resulting in a large crack down the middle between the heating plates and chips on the bottom edges. Stove top is still functional and unaffected by the damage, however am wanting a quote on repairs/replacement as it is a rental property.

Ford ranger PK 2009 Key is hard to turn to ON position, have to jiggle it 20 times and maybe it works. Had the ignition switch replaced before so it’s not that, maybe the cylinder? Tried silicone spray inside the lock but didn’t help. I think it has an immobiliser standard.

Single attached garage requires ceiling insulation. Approx 20 square metres. Not much room in the ceiling cavity though, tight squeeze.

I have 1 main bedroom large window and 1 smaller window, 1 kitchen and 4 bedroom windows to be painted in white. The security screens need to be painted as well. Main bedroom window is 1900 x 2040, kitchen is 1100 x 2600 and four bedrooms at 1900 x 1200. I can supply the paint. You will need to supply everything else.

Two windows security screens need replacing as they have cut outs for pet access that is no longer required.

I need someone to remove the old TV and hang the new one. Should be able to use the old bracket on the wall. New TV is 65” and pretty heavy!

Ceiling needs to be reattached to trusses. There is 3 maybe 4 trusses where the roof has come away. That gap is propably 100mm. I have no idea how much it will cost but my engineer son seems to think under $400

Hi there! I need inside the bottom of my shower re-siliconed! I attempted to do it myself last time, and it was much more difficult than anticipated... So looking for someone who knows what they're doing! As pictured, it's just where the grey silicone currently is. I will remove the current silicone, use mould spray (if necessary) and have it dry and ready for you to seal it. As can be seen in the last picture, I do have some silicone that can be used to complete the job. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 21 January 2024
