we have built a retaining wall and need some half cup drain installed.

Render 3 external blueboard walls. Blueboard has been professionally jointed and is ready to go. Walls are approx no 1 = 4000 x 2500 (inc double doors (2400x 2200) no 2 = 10000 x 3000 (inc 2x window 1200 x 2400) and no 3= 3200 x 2500 (inc 1 door 2200 x 800). Actual cover to render is approx 38 sqm.

We have a hole in our plaster wall about 10X10cm big. The hole has gone through the first layer to the middle of the wall (which is empty),I need a handyman to fix it. Thank you!

I have 4 rollerblinds that need to be installed. The top rod will need to shortened by a couple mil so will need to bring hacksaw. Blinds are correct side but too tight to fit in recess without friction.

The rangehood has been installed by an electrician. Existing ceiling has to be slightly enlarged to install the stack end piece as the previous end piece was narrower.

Replace 4 ceiling fans with new ones (already purchased). 3 fans - replace wall mounted speed dial with switch (Legrand brand) 1 fan - replace existing wall plate with 1 switch + 1 dial to 1 switch (Legrand brand)

Posts holding up verandah roof have rusted at the bottom due to salt water being splashed from pool and sitting in trough where poles cemented in. Poles need to be cut and new piece welded in or whole post needs replacing. - Due date: Flexible

Had a salt pool and water splashed onto bottom of poles and rusted out the bottom. Need ether cutting and new piece welded in or replacing Poles hold up large roof. Affects about 6 poles. - Due date: Flexible

Need a new power cable on a pressure washer and leaf blower both damaged.
