Temporary removal of side panelling of a carport to allow for garage door installation (replacement) with the option of installing it again afterwards (panneling should remain intact once removes)

The area comprises a laundry and two bedrooms in which we want to remove the internal walls (plasterboard and studs). Please advise if you are able to disconnect the electricity in those rooms, otherwise we can arrange that to be done beforehand. And whether you are able to dispose of the materials or we hire a skip bin separately? The dimensions for the walls to be removed are: Laundry: 3 walls, two are 3.6 and one is 3.1 (the far wall will need studs removed) Middle bedroom: 3 walls, two are 3.6 and one is 2.3. (The two larger lengths back onto the laundry and other bedroom so will need their studs out) End bedroom: 2 walls, one being the 3.6 length that needs to be taken out between the middle bedroom, and then one smaller section of 1.7 plasterboard only. Termite damage has been identified in the roof above, however the structural engineer has advised internal walls are not load bearing and we can remove.

One side of the towel rack fixed in the bathroom has came out of the wall.

A door leading from garage to laundry drying area needs to be replaced immediately. The door should be an external door , with a window , painted . The pet entry feature is NOT necessary . It is a standard external door with a window . Needs to done before Monday 15th April

For the Main Bedroom and Walk-in Robe: Install 4 x rods into the studs of the wall ABOVE the Louvre windows. Curtains, rods, and brackets are supplied. You'll need to supply heavy-duty screws to withhold the weight of the rods and prevent the rods from sagging over time. There is already a roller blind attached to the architrave. We just need curtains installed above the louvre. See Photos. Thanks.

Our garage floor ceiling is wet at the top (see photo). Doesn’t appear to be dripping but still feels wet. The garage ceiling is directly under our upstairs hallway so not sure what is causing the leak.

Seals on this patio door are stuffed. Like for like replacement.. Someone who has experience please. With winter coming, too much air escapes, so would like done in next week.

Got sent two right-side brackets for boxing stand, the seller is slacking on sending the left side. Wondering if this is a fix with a saw and some welding? And how much that might cost? - Due date: Before Sunday, 10 March 2024
