The cover up was done in a dodgy way, so we need someone to flatten and cover it up. Wall #2 - A variety of command strips and hooks were used. Stripping off the top layer of the gyprock or leaving holes.

I need someone experienced with woodworking to help with the following tasks: 1. Create a new strip for the door frame. 2. Create two new holes in the door frame for the door knob and deadlock. 3. It may be the hinges or the frame itself that need adjustment, as the door currently slightly touches the frame. 4. Paint the repaired area with a colour that matches the existing paint. The door knob and deadlock were recently changed, but they do not align with the door frame. Your expertise in aligning and adjusting them properly would be greatly appreciated. I need flyscreens replaced with metal perforated sheets because my cats keep ripping the normal flyscreens on the balcony sliding doors. The metal piece holding the dryer has come loose. The screw is not eating into the stud in the wall. This is nto the first time this has happened. Last time I hired a handyman to do it, but he did not have the right screw, so he did what he could and fixed it somehow, but that only lasted a couple of weeks. No fix no pay this time. Hopefully someone really knows how to fix this. The clothes dryer machine needs to be removed first, which i can help with. The fix should be a one man job.
