We have 2 rooms where old wardrobes have been removed. These areas need to be painted to match the rest of the room. There is also cornice repair required for parts of these areas as well. We have recently installed new flooring and skirting and the skirting needs painting and sealing around the apartment. Small wall section above sink also needs paint and plastering. Thanks! Removal and disposal of 3m cornice fixed to the ceiling. The cornice is only glued along the top edge, with the bottom edge unattached from the wall. We want a Smooth/sanding of the surface to prepare for paint.

Installation of garden shed (Absco brand)

There is water damage to the ceiling outside the main door. The fascia board just above the ceiling is damaged which may need replacement. However, only interested in fix of just that location.
