Please refer to the photos, I require regrouting or silicon (whichever is preferred) along all the four edge areas of our outdoor tiles (not the whole tile area), you can see there are gaps / openings, also needs to be done along the edge of the granny flat (only one side of the granny which is the front), you can see there are gaps - I do not have the materials & the one room door has become swollen over time and no longer closes smooth, only shuts when you apply pressure which means it must be sanded and smoothed and repainted and may need to be taken off the hinges and reinstalled to do the job - I do have the white paint. As can be seen, the metal net above our stormwater pipe near the roof has dislodged, it needs to be bolted back down, above our front house door there is a glass window and above that glass there is a layer of paint peeling off, which needs to be removed and replaced with a layer of some primer or paint or whitewash (really don’t mind what it is as long it looks clean), near that same area there is spiderwebs that needs to be cleaned off (fairly simple), in our backyard on the ground we have one tile that has been chipped, we have spare tiles however need you to remove the old tile and install the new tile and lastly the metal surface area on our mailbox has become damaged over time I.e. light scratches and discolouration, we would like the mailbox to look cleaner and almost brand new if you have any methods.
